The journey begins when new talent first hears about opportunities in rural MN. We use a combination of tabling, social media, and direct outreach via recruiting sites (i.e. Handshake and LinkedIn) to build our talent network.
Hosted Events
Once we’ve identified interested talent, we engage them through a variety of hosted events. These events (happy hours, zoom workshops, virtual lunches) support relationship building and information sharing.
